Terms of Service

By installing or using the Vibeland iOS app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Vibeland lets you build iOS widgets by describing them in natural language or composing layouts and atoms manually. Widgets you create are stored on our servers; the device data those widgets render (photos, calendar, reminders, health, contacts) is read directly by your iPhone through Apple system frameworks and stays on your device.

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at support@vibeland.app if you suspect unauthorized account access.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Build or share widgets containing illegal, harassing, or hateful content.
• Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or our servers.
• Send automated traffic or scrape our APIs beyond the rate limits we publish.
• Use the “run shortcut” atom to circumvent Apple platform security or to issue traffic that violates the destination service’s terms.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the widgets you create. By marking a widget public, you grant other Vibeland users a license to view and remix the widget’s spec (layout, atoms, configuration — never the underlying device data, which they each render from their own phones).

The App is free to start. Optional paid plans, if any, are disclosed in the App at point of purchase and processed by the Apple App Store. Apple’s Media Services Terms apply to those purchases.

We try to keep Vibeland online but make no uptime guarantee. Spec storage, share-code retrieval, and account features depend on our server. Widgets you’ve already placed on your device continue to render the most recent spec they fetched even when our service is unavailable.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR (B) USD 50.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by emailing support@vibeland.app. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction applies.
